Practice Schedule
Morning practices will be offered from 6am to 7:20 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Swimmers can sign up to take the Early Bird Strength Training PE class for Credit. Workout will count towards make ups.
Afternoon practices begins 2:40pm to 5:00pm every weekday.
Stretching begins at 2:40pm. (all swimmers)
Jr. Varsity swimmers (If needed) will have practice from 2:40pm to 4:30pm.
Saturday practices will be announced and usually go from 10am till noon.
