The Alaska Minimum Wage Increase, Ballot Measure 3 was on the November 4, 2014 ballot in the state of Alaska as an initiated state statute, where it was approved. The measure increases the state's minimum wage from $7.75 per hour to $8.75 beginning January 1, 2015. It is scheduled to be increased again on January 1, 2016, to $9.75 per hour. From that point on, the minimum wage is slated to be adjusted based on inflation or to remain $1 higher than the Federal minimum wage, whichever amount is greater. As a result of the measure's passage, Alaska is projected to have one of the highest minimum wages of any state in 2016.

     Use the Gazelle Budget on
     Dave Ramsey's Website to create a
     budget for each student.

            Some of the categories will need to be used for other expences than what are listed.

For example:
     Kids don't pay for their Housing so maybe call that section Prom.
     Kids don't pay for their Utilities so call that section Cell Phone.

3. Print and then "Justify" the printed versions.
Label each category

Scribble out the Housing category and rename the category Prom
Scribble out Utilities category and rename the category Cell Phone
Basically name everything you've spent money on.
