Round NUMBERS to the nearest tenths. Program the cells
from B3 - J12 to round the NUMBERS to the nearest tenths.

Type in a 2 and it will read as a 2.0.

The number 1.46 will show up automatically as a 1.5.

Step # 12                 Insert Week 10 in Q4. Check all formulas.

G.P.A. Part 4

Make a 7th Grade G.P.A. Sheet and an 8th Grade G.P.A. Sheet.

Condence all G.P.A. sheets down to one sheet for each grade level. See the below example.

Title a NEW sheet 7th grade.

Cut and Paste all four charts onto one sheet.

Put all Subjects in alphabetical order with your electives in Columns H & I. All subjects need to line up the whole way down the chart.

Make sure that your formulas work.

Delete the other sheets. Yes, that's right DELETE (of course only after I have graded the previous sheets :)

Title a NEW sheet 8th grade.

Create a Sheet with different colors on each chart. Then change the titles as follows >>>
